I made these adorable cargo pants for Casey using winter weight navy drill and a fat quarter of space fabric from Hamiltons fabulous new fabric/scrapbook store The Shabby Rose.  It was my first project from my Make it Perfect book and silly me I didnt check the measurements, I just assumed the size three would be ok.  And lets be honest, measuring the boy for the hem and waist while he was asleep was just ridiculous so it serves me right that theyre WAY to big.  Oh but theyre so cute, so hopefully he does a bit of growing between now and winter.  They were super easy to make and have lots of pockets for stones and matchbox cars.
